Our professional designers and stylists provide exclusive one-on-one service. Simply share your floor plan, interior renderings, furniture budget, delivery timeline, and preferred style references. If you have no ready references, our stylists will recommend tailored solutions based on your preferences.
Custom Solution Design
We recommend furniture matching your space, needs and aesthetics, optimize your floor plan, and finalize precise furniture dimensions. Once product selection is preliminarily confirmed, we will provide exclusive space renderings to intuitively show the final effect of the furniture in your home.
List Confirmation
After renderings are confirmed, our designer will provide a detailed furniture list with clear product specifications, pricing and delivery timeline. You can choose to visit our Foshan showroom and factory in person, or complete the process fully online. A formal order contract and buyer agreement will be signed after both parties confirm all details.
Full-Process Quality Control
We track production progress and craftsmanship standards throughout the manufacturing cycle. Before shipment, our dedicated quality inspector will conduct a full inspection of all items at the factory, take on-site photos and videos, and send them to you for final confirmation.
Global Delivery & Installation
We track the entire logistics process and provide worldwide door-to-door delivery and installation services. If any damage occurs during transportation, RINGCHEN will fully coordinate with the factory and logistics team to resolve the issue until it is properly settled.
