I turned comment moderation off. Not much comment to moderate anyway and I havent met any trolls lately except one long time back which said something about this site being for those people who have nothing to do in the internet.
I’m happy to provide some reading material for people whether they have anything or nothing to do in the internet in the first place.
Lets live it up a little. Apologies in advance if this turns out to be a really nasty thing and I end up turning comment moderation back on.
You could perhaps FOMI(for our more information..) post some interesting tidbits about life in the north east. I live in the south and I suppose half of the readers of this blog do too.. just reflections on life there. I don’t get to read much of the NE in the papers, magazines or elsewhere. That could get you a more intelluctually stimulating readership. FWIW, my 2 cents.
Interesting suggestion. I could do that. Plus, I think I’m running out of ideas on what to blog next.
As for the lack of mention of the NE in media, thats cause no one cares about it. The bad news is none of the good news is reported. Eg. the international florishow 2008 (which was a pretty big deal here) The good news is none of the bad news also gets reported. Thats inevitably got people thinking what a nice and calm place NE is, I guess.
