Whats the use of knowing a bunch of things like that? I’ll mug up everything & spew it in the exam. Then proceed to forget all about it, pronto.

But then, what’s the sense in knowing a bunch of stuff like this anyway? Is there any use other than to give answers when someone shoots the questions down your way? Isn’t the ultimate purpose in life to get away from it all, forget it all and achieve Nirvana?

Shaliya – I know that Manorama you’re talking about. Thick book with all GK questions, right? Used to own a copy back in 1996, have to read it back to back for sure.

laaaaa…. you will slap me for this, but i happen to know most of the answers. Next CWG Pune ma pani hundai cha hai btw.
ok girl chuck all the novels you might be reading and hunt for manorama. btw i am not talking about that brilliant film called manorama – six feet under here! for all i know you go looking for that murder mystery CD.
i dont know if they still publish it but that’s the book i used to read up while preparing for inter-school quiz competitions. good luck!
