We celebrate 60 years of Indian Independance tomorrow. This reminds me of Bill Pullman’s speech in the movie Independance Day:
We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight! We’re going to live on! We’re going to survive! Today we celebrate … our Independence Day!
Am proud to be an Indian and to be a part of this glorious country.

Pre- Independence Day always makes me miss that rigorous NCC parade and mass-drill practice.
And the Independence Day makes me remember that smart salute to the National Flag at the Paljor Stadium. It was such a different thrill man.
This Independence Day, my wish is to see the reasonable closure to the 57 day-ACT Hunger Strike in Sikkim.
My god, 57 days already! Hope so, man…
You were a part of NCC??? Ya, I remember you with that knotted scarf around ur neck… blue uniform keti…. hehehe… so sweet
